I ordered a part for my computer upgrade and it was shipped on Feb 8 via UPS Ground from CA to PA. The package was 'lost' and they just found it today in CA. The scheduled delivery date is now Feb 25 and UPS claims that they can't get it to me sooner because they are not able to change the package's class. That sounds like B.S. to me and I just need to went. Carry on.
