The package was delivered to the wrong address.

lol wow ... ups blows.

i had my first good shipment come from them ever. it came last week. it was shipped out of Nevada on Tuesday 3 day shipping, and arrived thursday, a day early. I couldn't complain.

other than that 1 experience, it's a bad experience 50% of the time.

Ordered from Newegg recently, it was to be delivered today - tracking information says it was out for delivery at 6:30am today. 2hrs later, it was delivered, where I assume their computer realized that someone screwed up.
Tracking info now reads:
An incorrect routing at a UPS facility caused this delay; the package was missorted at the hub. It has been rerouted to the correct destination site[x].

It's 366 miles away, in Latham, NY. It's supposed to be going to Erie, PA. New estimated delivery date: 1-31.
(Oops, I guess I did a mild self ownage there. I thought that was 2 days away.)
Update: 10hrs after the error was found, another location scan entry appeared. STILL in Latham, NY.

Latham, NY. Erie, PA. Yeah, they're basically the same thing.

Checking order history....yup,

Well there ya go. Shipping from NJ to PA, and it winds up in NY. At least it didn't get routed to California, or I wouldn't have it until Valentine's Day.
