UPS delivery question

I'm suppose to get something delivery today but UPS states the following.

Exception -On Time
Scheduled Delivery: 01/20/2006

Last update Today at 12:31am
AN INCORRECT ROUTING AT A UPS FACILITY CAUSED THIS DELAY;THE PACKAGE WAS MISSORTED AT THE HUB. IT HAS BEEN REROUTED TO THE CORRECT DESTINATION SITE

You think I will get it today or probably Monday.

depends on where the reroute occured in relation to the final destination

could show up saturday or monday or whatever

samesh*t happened to me with UPS on a shipment that was supposed to arrive on Friday. They are very inflexible with their weekend schedule so saturday delivery is not an option if the original shipper didn't pay for the saturday service. Expect your package to arrive on monday at the very earliest.

Package went on wrong truck
request a refund/upgrade

Good luck with that. During xmas time I was quoted 2 days for deliver, 2 days turned into 7 and UPS refused a refund claiming it was with in 5 business days and ground is 1-5 Business Days.

Didnt come in.

Because it's lost. 🙁

Yep, that means they don't know where the fvck it is. I had one of those recently and it took another 10 days for them to figure out where it was and get it shipped to me. 3 weeks from Orlando to San Diego...good job guys. I could have driven there myself and picked it up in that time.

UPS said the package was in Los Angeles but it turned out it never left Jacksonville. I called them twice and was told the first time that it was in LA and that I would get it the next day. I called two days later and that's when I found out that it never left Jacksonville (who knows if that was true or not though). Fact is, I don't think they knew where it was for a good 5 days.
