Got a package coming in and it has already had an arrival scan in the big city near (20 miles) my small town that I live in. I would like to simply go after work and pick up this package since it's already gotten to the ditribution center. When can I call to have it pulled from the truck? Do I need to wait for a departure scan to show up on the status? Thanks. -TAL
