I never received a ground package today and it's after nine pm on the right coast of America. ;)

So I figured I call to see what kind of excuse I'd be given and the lady informed me that they do indeed deliver up to 11:59PM! WTF! Seriously?

I know I will not get this today but really that's ridiculous. Tracking currently shows OUT FOR DELIVERY with scheduled delivery of 06/06/07. :|

I was told by their support line that residential deliveries go up to 7pm in my area.

See, that's what I want. I don't care what service they use, even if it costs me another 3 bucks and takes an extra day. I want to be able to specify a time or at least a range for delivery. All they have to give us is "8toNoon, Noonto5, 5to9" and I'd be happy.

Smart idea! I wish I could do that because I go to college, and my schedule isn't exactly the best :(

i don't see how that could be done. they have a set route and it would screw up other deliveries. they would have to hire a sh!t ton of people to do this.

There'd definitely be a whooooooooole lotta stuff to work out, but doing ranges like that is more feasible than letting people say "I want it at 8:30." Everybody's going to want it right away at 8 or between 430 and 5.
