UPS damage my packages ! Well, How do they really play soccer with my 20 lbs printer?

bought 3 expensive laser printers in OM and they shipped to store from warehouse...

guess what..

all 3 printers have dents, cracks on the box

1 is total = large crack on the printer.. foam all shatterd when box open...

2 seems ok = no cosmetic damage on printer but I haven't test for functionality

all 3 box beaten up seriously..a lot of dents, cracks even HOLES in the box...

lucky I have the printer sent to B&M store and they are going to take care for me..

and there is a handle on the side of the box which design for u to put your hand and hold the box steadily and UPS don't even bother to use it ?

WTF, I NEVER has problem with Fedex Ground / Home delivery

Is it because UPS is unionized and Fedex Ground is NOT (contractor get paid proportional to performace) ???

I attribute people's experiences more towards the fact that 13,000,000 ground packages get delivered per day. 1% damaged is 13,000.
