UPS battery backup

I am looking to replace a failed UPS for our server at work and need help/recommendations on what to get. I'd be connecting about a 550W load to the UPS (tower server and backup tape drive) and really only need the UPS to last long enough to deal with the short power outages we can get during the summer. If the power is going to be out longer than 5 minutes it will be out for a while - so I just want to be able to handle a 'blip' and then shut down safely if need be.

Do I need a 'server' UPS, something in this line-up maybe:

Or can I get away with a lesser UPS:

Thanks.

That $200 APC should be fine. If your servers are rackmount, you might want to look into a rack-mounted UPS though.
