UPS Backup? My PC randomly shuts off....

My PC randomly loses electric power and totally shuts off....
Perhaps my apt has faulty electric...
Will a UPS power backup system solve this issue?
If so, can you reccomend a system that is adeequate for a single PC ?

 
Haven't tried different outlets.
I do have 2 power strips in each outlet, both of which are overloaded...
but when I lose power, I can reboot immediately....

But same power supply since 1998. Could the PS be dying out ?
