Is it just me or does the UPS have a minimum quota that says all ground packages coming from Texas must spend at least 3 days there?
I've ordered multiple times from different companies that have shipped out of Texas and none of the packages seem to be in any hurry to get out of Texas. Once they get out they usually move along alright (except the couple that got shipped via hitchiker). I'm not including the order->ship times. Just the time from when the UPS picked it up and when it got to a place outside of Texas (typically Oklaholma or Arizona)
