Ooo, ooo: shipping status shows my package out for delivery as of 4 am this morning, I wonder what time it will actually get here?

Dell e1705 laptop

What is your experience with UPS, morning or afternoon arrival?

Depends on the location, but more likely afternoon than morning.

I figured, my past experience has been 50/50, once it was 11am, other time it was 5pm. I really am like a child on christmas for this one, almost want to call ups to be sure.

There will be a slight delay as UPS has to drop a load of 12 inch diamiter steel pipes on the package to test its integrity.

This is a free service they provide for every package.

My last experience with UPS was out for delivery at 8 AM. It was scheduled to be delivered 6/19/06 but guess what? No package. I waited and waited only to find out it got scanned again at the UPS hub to be delivered the next day. When I got the package one side of the box was crushed. Thanks UPS.

Yeah, once in a blue moon, a package will get loaded on the delivery truck intact, I think they have to take it back to the hub to get it smashed. (Union rules prevent drivers from smashing). 🙂
