Upping the vcore

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of overclocking my Venice 3200+ and I've been able to get it up to 2400mhz on stock volts and stock cooling. I upped the vcore by 6.6% to about 1.49 volts and am only able to squeeze out another 100 mhz to 2500. Is the extra 100 mhz worth reducing my processor's lifespan by upping the vcore? On a related note, does anyone have any idea by how much i'll be cutting its life short? I want to be able to keep this processor for at least a couple of years. Thanks for the help.
 
they're supposed to last 30 years roughly, if you stay under 1.55, you probably cut the life in half at most, most people aren't using a computer they got in 1990 right now
