LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D .
Just installed mobo. Upon boot the fans all turn on fine...then it is like the power kicks down and all of my fans slow...It is like the power turns down. It is anew PSU. 550w. I go into windows then shutdown. Any clues?

check your settings in bios and ITE smart guardian if you have it installed. by default, ITE auto controls your fans, go under options and set them to how you want.

Hi, Most fans today are temperture controlled. Maybe they are only doing what they are supposed to do. Jim

Use a Volt meter to measure the voltage on the 12V line (yellow wire on a Molex connector with respect to one of the black wires).
