Hello

I need some advice. We are setting up a large flatscreen TV in our company's lobby area. Our PR representative is in charge of this. He creates the videos and content that will be displayed on the TV. I was wondering what the best way of going about this is. He would like to be able to change the stream on the TV while the current video is playing, as in "queue" the next video to play. I have looked at slingbox but it does not do what we need. The videos will probably be located on our network. Any advice? Thanks

Hook the TV up as a monitor to a PC, use a playlist on media player software such as VLC on that computer?

Makes sense. If necessary you could use a small form factor PC and mount it to the back of the TV.

WDTV Live box , no need for the newer live plus. Just get one that has network connection. Connect to network and send it the playlist with windows media player and the play to option.
