I don't want to be helping child-porn addicts escape authorities. I'm hoping that if I'm uploading more than downloading, that means I'm getting web pages and dishing them out. Thats fine by me, and thats what I want. But when its filesharing....I want to shut it off.
Anyone know how it all works? I should be sending the same that I'm receiving if it has to do with filesharing (being a middle man).
