OK, well most of you must be pretty good with computers, i have a few quick things i want to work out.
I am trying to figure out a way to get some mass converting of files and uploading
I would love to figure out how to make a program that:

-takes my picture files (not individually, but like 30-40 at a time) and converts them to a smaller format
(like what i would do with paint when I stretch/skew it to make a smaller file that i can upload to my comcast web storage

i have been trying to find a good ftp program to upload/rename files easily, with my comp on the left, and the comcast storage on the right

I can't find a good one that works and connects to my comcast storage easily, and i can't remember the trial version i used a while back that worked perfectly... any recommendations?

also, how would i go about uploading a movie file onto this web storage that can be downloaded to view easily?
just straight upload it in avi/mpg format???

Is it really complicated to do like a streaming kind of way?

Thanks for any help

Not sure about the conversion part, but Total Commander is an awesome dual-pane file managment utility that includes an ftp program. It somes with a nag screen if you don't purchase it, but it is excellent.
