Hi, I'm planning on upgrading my system. It currently is as follows:

Antec Sonata Case
AMD 64 Athlon 3200+
Chaintech VNF3-250
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB
1 GB Corsair Value Select
Western Digital Raptor SATA HD

Right now I'm looking at upgrading the motherboard and video card. For the video card I'm leaning towards a 7800 GT. So I need a motherboard that supports PCI-express. The CPU that I currently have is a socket 754. Are there any good 754 motherboards that have PCI-express? Or will I have to upgrade to a 939 CPU? Would there be any performance differences between a 939 3200+ and a 754 3200+? And is nForce4 939 only, or are there 754 versions? And where can I find some good benchmarks that would estimate my system performance in various games, it seems like sites like these always use top-of-the-line systems to benchmark. I haven't really kept up-to-date with hardware in the past year so I'm kinda lost. I don't want to spend over $600-700 dollars on this upgrade, so what would you recommend?

IDK if they even have many 754 mobos that are PCI-E. I thought that was supposed to be one of the big improvements with socket 939 (besides the onboard mem controller, which is really more of an A64 thing as far as I know)

Well, I did some searching and I think I'll stay with socket 754 this upgrade. I don't think it will be worth the money to upgrade to a new CPU right now. For the motherboard I think I'll go with the ASUS K8N4-E Deluxe. For the 7800GT, I'm think about one of these. What's the difference between the eVGA cards other than price? I'm leaning towards the XFX. My current PSU, a TruePower 380W, has a 20-pin motherboard connector. NForce4 motherboards have a 24-pin connector, so is there an adapter? Will 380W be enough for my system or should I just upgrade the PSU?
