Upgrading

I have been thinking of upgrading from an

AMD Athlon 2800+ Barton @ 2.3 ghz
ECS N2U400-A
BFG 6800 GT OC
1 GB Corsair VS DDR 400

and upgrading the processor and motherboard to

DFI Lanparty

AMD 64 3200+

I was wondering if this would be a good upgrade and how much of an improvement would I see over my existing system.

What i slow now ? That is an upgrade, but depending on what you do, you may not notice the difference, or by much.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I use this system only for gaming.

Wouldn't see much of a difference...I'd wait for nForce4...that's what I am doing...
