Upgrading Video Card

What video card would you upgrade to currently with a budget of $300 to $350 ? I currently have a ATI 5750 1 GB. Do you need to know what games I play?

Oh yeah resolution is not very high at the moment 1680x1050

What games are you playing? at your current resolution, you might not see much of a difference. Have you thought about upgrading your monitor?
