But I just want it to play Empire total War and Napoleon Total and probally most future TotalWar games on Ultra settings w/out having it lag or crash or what not. Will it handle that w/out OverClocking?

I'm not sure because I don't play those games. I'd get one with a better cooler personally. Overclocking is free and easy to do. You can get significantly more graphics power for the little time it takes to overclock it.

Cooling makes no performance difference out of the box. It sometimes provides more overclocking potential which equals more potential performance. Most people go with better coolers either because they don't want them to be very noisy or because they want to overclock.

Just go with XFX (5770), HIS is a very good brand but it does not have a lifetime warranty.

Okay thanks! I Probally won't need to overclock it but who knows! And thanks for all the help everyone! I basically think the lifetime warranty is nescesary for it. Plus I really like xfx's tech support area. Thanks to all that helped!
