no, you should be fine. Maybe a slight bottleneck from your proc, and your RAM combined.

Yah that's a good deal on the 6600GT for you and will be a big improvement on what you currently have for a long while. I'd rather have 1Gig of slow ram than 512megs of fast ram so even though the ram is only PC2100, at least you have alot of it. You shouldn't notice too much of a hindrance.. afterall, your vid card will be loads faster than anything you've had before.
