Upgrading Vectra VL400

Tab

Before I get start here are my actual specifications of my rig currently

850Mhz Celeron
PC133 Ramm (I think I am positive about this)
Matrox G450 16MB
Seagate 20 GIG HD ATA 133

I am a crazy gamer without the cash, I have barley any. I am trying to ID my motherboard, but HP doesnt want me to.
I think it maybe be able to take a P3 1Ghz 133FSB, along with some more RAMM and a way better video card.
Would it be worthwhile? I wouldnt spend that much on this. Would I be able to play games like UT2k3 at decent framerates and detail settings if I upgraded? I want the game playable, I could care less about the extra eye candy. A Radeon 9500 Pro IMHO seems to be a very decent graphics card, for this rig. Even if I dont use it to its potenial, when I build my own rig I could use it. However, I am having problems ID'ing my motherboard, its a Intel Micro-ATX for sure. Here is my information from HP, if someone could give me the name of my Mobo I would be most thankfull. Or would this be a waste of money?

Upgrading the video card shouldn't be a problem at all.

I'm pretty sure that board will support a 1ghz P3.

But I'm not sure I'd bother trying to upgrade the cpu or motherboard without just starting from scratch with a new case. If I recall correctly, the case and motherboard are proprietary. (Meaning that an off-the-shelf board wouldn't fit properly.) And I don't really think the cpu upgrade by itself would be worth the money.

How much RAM do you have and do you have any empty slots?

Also, if you gave a definite dollar amount, we could probably make better suggestions.

Hopefully the price would be under $250? If I was to upgrade I would be looking at 1Ghz PIII (FC-PGA), 256MB PC133, Ti 4200 128MB or Radeon 9500 Pro. My question is, would it be worthwhile?
