Upgrading to XP on Multiple machines

Hi,
I have 6 dell optiplex's, 6 dell xp discs with coa and 6 new hdds. I have one optiplex in the shop to make all 6 hdd installs with. How can install on all 6 hdds without it asking me to re-activate when i install that hdd in the final machine?

The final install site does not have internet.
 
Optiplex's all have the same hardware correct ?

Install XP on a single Optiplex. Install all drivers. Activate.

Sysprep + TrueImage FTW.

 
They all do have the same hardware. I thought maybe M$ would look at serial numbers on the machines or something.
