Upgrading to Snow Leopard Question

Ok so i have 10.5 now and want to upgrade but i'm concerned about a couple of programs:
CS4 Suite and VMWare Fusion 2.

I am assuming that the best thing to do is to upgrade the OS to snow leopard first, and then upgrade adobe to CS5 and Fusion to version 3. is that right?
 
Yes. If you want to boot into SL x64 kernel, you need VMware Fusion 3.

But your order is correct.
 
don't forget to do a full backup 🙂 in case you find some super important older apps you must have.
