Upgrading to R9 290. Is my PSU enough?

Hi Guys,

I am looking to swap out my GTX 660ti for a R9 290.

I am running a i5 3570 @ 4.4GHZ, with 2 SSD's, 1 HDD, DVDRW, Fan Controller, & 3 140mm Fans.
I am running this off a 620W Antec High Current Gamer Modular PSU.
My rig is about 10 months old.

Do you think I will need to upgrade my PSU to accomodate the 290??

I eventually figured it out myself. I was in another thread and discovered looking at an Anandtech watts/power graph that it was full system wattage, NOT card only.
Their testbed sucked 405W MAX, rather than just the card alone.

Ordered, and looking forward to it.
