Upgrading to Leopard

I upgraded my Tiger machine to Leopard; however, when I tried to use Photo Booth those cool backgrounds with the video aren't there. I only have 2 effect tabs, not the third one. Anyone know why this is?
 
Have you fully updated Leopard?

There is also an Apple provided Quartz Effects addon pack for PhotoBooth (and anything else that can utilize Quartz.. so a lot) that is on their website somewhere. Just search for Quartz or PhotoBooth in the downloads area
 
Well, that is odd... I wonder why that is. I mean, with the exception of the Quad 2.5 G5, my Dual 1.83 Core Duo outperforms every PPC Mac out there, at least in pure benchmarks, but the G5 was no slouch, strange that they would limit the new effects.
