Upgrading to Geforce 6600 from an FX5200

I'm going for a 6600, and I'm worried that the 200watts power supply won't cut it. The system now houses the following hardware:

P4 Northwood 3 GHz HT (running at the stock frequency)
512 DDR PC3200 memory
2x ATA harddrives
NEC 8x DVD+-RW
DLink DWL-510 WLan card
AGP Geforce FX5200 128 MB

It runs fine. I've played HL2 extensively for long hours and I had no power problems, but I'm worried that the PS (which I can't replace because of size restrictions of the SFF case) can't supply enough power.

What do you guys think?

If I were you, yes get a better powersupply, 350 @ a minimum, pumping out good 18 amps on a 12 volt rail.

I heard stories of power supplies went up in flames or frying the components of the computer due to its crappiness

6600 goes for around 100... 6600GT goes for 130.

Or in that case, wouldn't a 9600XT 256mb cost the same as a 6600 and work better (I'm not sure)?
