Upgrading to AM2, which motherboard?

Yes, yes I know, conroe. But the performance difference while noticeable is not enough to make me buy into the intel machine quite yet. So to the point, which of these mboards would you go for to fit up with an am2 X2 processor:

Asus M2N-E

or

MSI K9N Platinum

I had a MSI mboard a while back that I was very pleased with, but have also heard great things about asus.

Also, is the 4200+ worth the extra $40 over the 3800+?

Ideally a DFI, lol.

I'd take the ASUS over the MSI... I've heard better things about the ASUS.

The 4200+ might be worth it if you're not overclocking, but if you are.. no.
