Upgrading to 9800gt, will I be CPU limited with a e4300?

I'm currently running:

e4300 not overclocked
2gb Corsair XM2 RAM

I'm upgrading to a 9800gt from a 8500gt

For games like Crysis/Fallout 3 etc. Will I be CPU limited? Would it be enough to just overclock the CPU? Or should I plan on upgrading to a new processor? Would a e7300 be enough? 2gb RAM ok?

I believe you might have some situations where the CPU will limit you at low res, but not severely. OCing will help that, sure.

Overall the two should be a good match.

No, I don't believe you will be bottlenecked. Even if you are, it will be *slightly*. Then just overclock a few hundred MHz.
