Upgrading system, what do you think!

see my rig at the bottom to see what I have, but im replacing my Duron 700mhz with an Athlon 1.33ghz, and another 128mb stick of ram. What kind of performence increase will I notice and what other things do you think i should upgrade to get the best out of this damn machine, without spending to much money. College sucks ass when it comes to the cash flow. Thanks guys
 
Depends what you use your computer for. If it's just word processing and mail, you're wasting your money. Gaming should show a nice improvement. Next upgrade is definitely a video card, maybe a GF4 Ti200.
