upgrading sound card is it worth it?

I'm getting a new computer in a couple days right now I have a audigy 2 sound card and was thinking about getting a Creative Labs X-Fi XtremeMusic would I notice a big differnece in the cards? Is it worth the extra 100 or should I just keep my audigy 2. I play games and watch movies

Are you connected digitally or via analog or both?

Well without the exact logitech speakers, I will go ahead and say you might notice a bit of difference but nothing drastically amazing.

those are high quality, there will be a difference, but you probably won't notice much of it other than the crystelizer
