Going to upgrade my 7870{for the Witcher 3} and need some ideas. I want a noticeable jump in performance but don't want to break the bank.
Your thoughts?
 
Witcher 3 is due for May 19, 2015 release.

With the R9 3xx cards due for a Q2 launch the best time to buy a new card would be May-June. HBM (High bandwidth memory) is making its debut with the R9 380x cards.

AMD's products will bring competition to GTX 980 and GTX 970 and you are going to get more perf than today. If you want to buy now then a R9 290 or GTX 970 is your best bet. :thumbsup:
