Upgrading PSU/video card killed RAM?

I just upgraded the PS and video card in my HTPC (Abit IS7, Deleron, etc.)... and when I plugged everything back in, it started giving a series of long beeps. That apparently means RAM on Abit/Award BIOS...

Turns out that if I take out one of my 512 meg DDR400 DIMMs, then it boots. That DIMM is a problem in every slot I've tried it in.

I already had 2 gigs of OCZ DDR2-800 go bad on me today; are the RAM $DEITIES just really mad at me?

It's suggested that you ask the OCZ reps directly about your OCZ ram situation, as to compatibility & interactions with uyour other components.

You can ask them directly here.

In case you find the solution elsewhere, you might be able to help the next person who has a similar problem, if you will please return here and post what you find out.
