Upgrading PC: What Mobo/CPU/RAM?

im planning to upgrade my p2 450 pc to a value system.. basically.. what mobo/cpu/ram should i buy? this pc is gonna be mainly for surfing and chatting. i need to keep the price very low. i may o/c in the future if i plan to play games.. so i need suggestions for a decent hsf also. thanks.

Well, if you want to keep the price low........go with at least a FIC mobo AZ11E, AMD Athlon 1.2GHz, and maybe a PC133 128MB SDRAM chip or two. Cost about $300 if you price shop. Also if your case is AT, you'll definatly need a new one. This you don't want to be skimpy on the price. Get one with good airflow. Either way it will be cheaper (and faster) than making another Intel system.
