upgrading on the 18th, comments appreicated

a64 3200+ (any gaurantees on cg stepping?)
MSI K8N NEO or ASUS K8N-E
HSF either slk948 or thermaltake silent tower with 2 fans
RAM? currently have corsair xms 3200, (made before 3200 was an actual spec, so cant get very high above it), Definitely want a gig, question is do i go with another 512 of what i have or get a gig of faster memory?

Any suggestions would be appreicated.

probably will go with the asus, as to memory, if i want to run the 3200 at 2.4-2.5 (based on my case cooling i might be able to), would the 3200 work or do I need pc4000 (doubt the xms could get to ddr500 or even 450)?

are any of the 3200+ with 1meg cg, and if not then would getting a 3200+ be any better then a 3000+if i want to overclock, or are they all hitting similar max speeds?
