Upgrading On Budget, HDD/Mobo/Pros/monitor

Im lookin to upgrade a few components of my pc: (HDD, Processor, Mobo, Monitor)

Upgrading To:
New Specs:

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 320GB($95)
Processor: AMD X2 3800+ ($153)
Mobo: ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 Socket 939 ($65)
Monitor: BenQ FP93GX Black 19" 2ms LCD Monitor ($240)

This about 560 bucks. Now I have No idea what I can expect to sell my old components for, but I really would like to get the most out of it. Im saving for college and I dont want to dig into my pockets that much more. Is this a good upgrade price?



Old Specs:
HDD: 2x 40gb WD's - 1x External Maxtor 100gb
Processor: AMD 3000+
Monitor: Viewsonic Ultra Bright Flat Screen CRT
Mobo: K8T800 MSI

I want to sell all of the above, idk what its all worth but..


Other Things to note:
VC: 6800GT AGP
Ram: Geil 2gb 184pin

I do appreciate the suggestions. If yall want, make as many as you would like. Depending on the quality of your suggestion, I may reach further down my pockets to pull some more money out but prefer to stay marginaly close to the figure I have here. However, all suggestions are appreciated thx!
