Upgrading Old Notebook HD...

Hi guys im trying to upgrade my old notebook hd... im thinking of using it as a server or something ... and the old hd died on me.... i was wondering can i just buy any type of notebook hd's and it would fit or do i need specific types?


my HD model is TOSHIBA MK2016GAP

* 9.5mm High
* 13ms Average Seek Time
* ATA-4 Interface
* 66.7MB/s Ultra DMA/66 Transfer Rate
* 1,024KB Buffer
* 300,000 MTTF Hours

Like i was wondering can i get an ATA-6 interface or something...

EDIT: also i was wondering if i can upgrade the drive from a 4200rpm to a 5400 rpm
