Hey guys....
Looking to do a system upgrade.

Only 3 components i'm looking to upgrade at the moment: cpu, mobo, and mem.

For the cpu, i am thinking a 3200+ Venice S939.

mobo, i'm still undecided (suggestions?).
I need something with SATA, PCI-Express, and AGP.

memory? Also still undecided.

Hardware to be carried over to new machine:
9800 pro (not ready to buy a pcix gfx card yet)
2 sata 160GB hdds
dvd-rw drive
450W Antec SmartPower 2.0

This aside, do you recommend upgrading now? I mean, i know there is never a perfect time to upgrade, but do you guys see any major price drops in the near future, or possibly any major technology that i won't be able to use. What i'm saying is, i want the system to be farely furture proof.

thanks for any suggestions.

Mobo: DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard

Memory: CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200)

Post the rest of your specs to see what you can do.

i'd say now is a good time to upgrade...if you're not condidering a 64-bit processor in the near future (which you don't need to be), i'd say go for it.
