Upgrading my System, Need Your Input on my Component Choices before I buy

Hey everyone! I am going to upgrade my old system to the one listed below and I wanted to get some your input before I buy the components. Please let me know if I should make any changes. Here it is:

AMD Athlon XP 2500+ "Barton" 333 FSB CPU
MSI Motherboard Model K7N2 Delta-L nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset
Kingston 512MB 2700 DDR RAM (got 1 stick but will buy a second for Dual Channel)
Chieftec Tower Model AX-01SLD
Thermaltake Silent PurePower, 360W ATX Power Supply
Speeze CPU Fan Model 5F263B1M3 for AMD/Intel Socket A/370 w/ Arctic Silver

Plus these from my old system:

VisionTek Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB
Seagate Barracuda IV 40GB Hard Drive
Samsung 32X CDRW
Lite-On 16X DVD
Floppy Drive
Logitech MX700
Logitech Keyboard
17? Monitor

Am I missing anything? I think I got everything. Basically I want a system that is stable and quiet. I might try overclocking but probably later. I have around $350 to spend.

Thanks your input.

See if you can find a vantec aeroflow or thermal integration ti-v77L. Those are mid priced ones that work really well.

consider going for a pair of 256mb 3200 ram.

i too am upgrading to a 2500+ barton. hoping to overclock that puppy?

I'm not sure as yet. I might in the future. I was thinking that 2700 ram would be good enough because the clock rates would be in sync, right? the Barton FSB is 333MHz and 2700 ram is 333Mhz. So there will be no latency when they comunicate with each other. I was thinking of 3200 ram but I wanted to keep the costs down.

Unless you really need it now, I would hold off upgrading until the new socket formats come out (Athlon64/whatever the Intel one is called).

How long is the wait until the Athlon 64 comes out?
