Upgrading my Raid5 HDs

Currently i have a Promise FastTrak SX4000 with 3x160gig seagates and it is completely full. My original plan was to just add another 160 gig HD but ive figured out that i could fill that the day i got it just transfering files off other HDs that i stored them on because my raid is full. So now i want to sell these 3 160gigs and get 3 or 4 200 gig Seagates. My question is how do i go about transfering all my data onto the new HDs? If know that if i got a new 160 gig i could just plug it in and the raid would do its magic but im woried that since im upgrading to 200 gigs it will only read it as a 160 gig HD.

Edit: enyone know what seagate is plannin on comin out with anything bigger that 200g? Id really like to get seagate drives since they are the quietest and this server is in my room.
