Upgrading my PC, need some help

I'm upgrading my PC and I don't know which option to choose. I can either buy the i5 4460 with 8GB of RAM or the 4590 but with 4gbs of RAM (with the option to get another 4GB stick later on, I don't know when though, I don't have much money to spend) How big of a difference in FPS is there between the two CPUs?

Not much difference between the 2.

3.2 base/3.4Ghz turbo.
vs
3.3 base/3.7Ghz turbo.

With 1 memory module the 4590 will be slower than the 4460 with 2 for dualchannel.

The CPU won't make much difference to fps. FPS is mainly down to the GPU.

dont go 4gb, it's not enough. you really need that second stick.
