I would like to upgrade my ESystem Ei401.

The Specs Are,

Operating system Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
RAM 1gb
HDD Space 80gb
Number of cores Single
Processor brand Intel
Processor series Celeron M
Processor number 430
Processor Clock 1.80ghz
Graphics card Intel GMA 950
Graphics card memory 224mb
Built-in disc drive CD-ROM drive
Built-in disc drive DVD drive
Number of USB ports 6

Id Like To Upgrade The HDD To 250gb-1TB (Depends On Pricing)
Ram To 2 or 3 or 4gb ( Prefebly 4gb)
CPU To Intel Core Duo T2700
CD Drive To DVD-RW
And A New Keyboard And MousePad Duo.

Will This Work. The Motherboard Is Some Foxconn Thing.
Will These Upgrades Be

1ST Worth It
2ND Could The PC Handel It.

Also If Theres Anything Else Worth Upgrading Let Me Know.
I Only Have £150 To Spend!

For £150, you are probably best off buying a slightly older (used) 2nd hand system on Ebay (or somewhere).

This would then give you something which is probably better than the upgrades you have just described.

Or go for a VERY cheap new build.

AMD 5350 £40
AM1 Motherboard from £23
4 Gb Ram from £28

About £100 from above list, and you may be able to use your old HDD, psu and case (new PSU about £35 for modular Corsair CX430).

In my original post, I did not realize you wanted to do, higher performance gaming. What I showed you was most suitable for web surfing and other light duties, including light/gentle gaming.

Both the computers you showed, appear to be unsuitable for serious gaming use, as they have relatively slow processors, such as the Celeron 1037U, and weak graphics ability.

There is probably a solution (which off-hand, I'm NOT sure what it is), such as the best APU performance/cost wise, which can probably result in a fairly cheap PC, which can do medium level gaming.

Serious gaming still probably really needs graphics cards, which can easily cost £150 or more, just for the graphics card, although there are many, which are less than £150.

I'm not sure how powerful a gaming PC, you need for the above. Hopefully someone else can chip in.

Cheap and powerful gaming PCs are totally incompatible!

EDIT2:
Do you mean, GTA San Andreas, as in a rather old PC game, which does NOT need much gaming capabilities ?

If so, then a AMD 5350 may be fine.

I don't know about minecrafts requirements, sorry (I'm a gamer, but NOT minecraft).

In that case, it sounds like you would be fine, with a suitable lowish cost cpu with built in graphics.

The AMD APUs are probably your best bet, they can be more expensive than the 5350, but would probably have better built in graphics, and be faster/more powerful as well.

AMD APU A8 - 7600 Socket FM2+ Quad Core Processor £75
Gigabyte GA-F2A58M-HD2 rev. 3 Socket FM2+/FM2 Motherboard £36
Corsair Memory Vengeance Jet Black 4GB DDR3 2000 MHz CAS 10-10-10-27 Dual Channel Desktop £47 (Compatibilty NOT checked yet, ideally check before purchase, on motherboard site)
DVD RW Usually about £15
Corsair Modular 430CXM PSU 430watt power supply £35 (non-modular probably £31, but messy cable management).

Total £208 + HDD = about £250 (over budget, but if it must be £150 ..£200, things can be done to save money).

Above is just an example on what can be done.

You are probably best off getting a new HDD, which would be about £35 to £40, for a 1T one.
The old one is either IDE (incompatible), or a slow/older Sata (but it may be usable, but if it's a 80Gb, it sounds too small, for a modern system).

Prices from www.scan.co.uk, but I personally prefer to use Amazon.co.uk, but they don't always stock the right stuff.
