Upgrading my motherboard and memory worth it?

My current specs are as followed:

Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz w/Tuniq 120
abit IP35-E mobo
8800GT 512 @700
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Modded Antec 900 case
Corsair 620HX

Was wondering if upgrading my motherboard and memory would be worth it or if I should just wait till I want to upgrade my cpu to the newer FSB. Will i really see that big of an improvement if I did upgrade? Personally I feel as if it wont, and i should just drop the money into a new graphics card, but any opinions would be nice. Also if you think a new mobo / memory is a good choice some suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you got the upgrade bug, OP. But first, ask yourself WHY you feel that you need to upgrade. You have a pretty cutting-edge rig that will play nearly everything. You didn't mention your monitor resolution, so if you want to play at 19x12 with full details, and possibly some AA, then you might consider getting a GTX260 216 or a GTX280. But other than that, the rig looks good.

If you are running a 64-bit OS, then you could upgrade to 8GB of RAM, just because.

But I wouldn't change out the mobo and RAM just because you have an upgrade bug. That would be relatively pointless, and wouldn't give you any noticable performance gain.
