Upgrading my GF3 Ti200

I've been running my GF3 Ti200 Gainward Golden Sample for a long time now. So long I can't even remember. I've been thinking about upgrading to a new video card that will last me as long as this GF3 ti200 has. My range is only in the 200-250 range. I was thinking 6600GT but the AGP versions aren't out yet. The only other option would be the 6800nu. How does that sound? Would it be worth the upgrade from the GF3? Thanks! Specs are in profile
 
A 6800nu be a major jump from a Ti200, no doubt. You could probably find a nu for 250, I heard Outpost had them on sale earlier.
