Mainly playing games, especially World of Warcraft.

My budget is around 500 dollars, but I am not from the US, so that would be 10 000 Czech crowns.

I will be buying all the parts from the Czech republic, from this shop https://www.czc.cz/.

I would like to keep my graphics card, which is a GTX 660, 8GB of RAM, SSD.

Resolution will be 1920x1080.

Would like to build it as soon as possible.

My old current PC is: i5 2400, GTX 660, 8GB of RAM, 250GB SSD, no idea about the PSU, not at home right now.

What I would like to buy with the budget is : CPU, MOBO, CASE and PSU.

i5 6500, Night Elf B150M, Seasonic S12II and some kind of CASE, dont really care to be honest, the cheaper the better.

A CPU/mobo upgrade seems like the wrong direction to go here. What's your current motherboard?

I'd check the used CPU market - wherever that is in your country - for an i7 3770 or Xeon E3 1230 V2. Then, presuming you have enough money left, I'd look at an RX 480 video card.
