Upgrading - Motherboard & GPU

i have a xfx 6600gt 8x agp....

so I'm upgrading to a PCI-e 16x motherboard and a gpu that will give me atleast 30-40fps more then my 6600GT.

I was looking at the X1950GT or X1950PRO

I only have a $200.00USD spending limit, MAX including shipping.

I'd hold out a bit on a 8800GT or equivalent, I am sure $200 can score something like that soon.

100-150$ should buy me a mid-range gpu... 40-50 more frames is all i want
