Upgrading monitor and graphics card

I am upgrading my current 19" monitor to something around 24" and either 1920x1200 or 1920x1080 res.

I'm currently also trying to decide between a single 4870 or 4890 to run this. Would my Antec TruePower Trio 550w be enough for those cards?

My current specs are:
C2D e6750 @ 3.3 - 3.5 GHz ( I change it around every once in a while)
4 gb ddr2 800 ram
P35 mobo

4890 uses less power than the 4870 due to manufacturing & design improvements. And overclocks better. But costs a little more.

Either should work fine on your current PSU.

If you can afford the 4890 then get it. It is undeniably an awesome buy if not the best bang for buck card at $170 AR free shipping. Your PSU will be fine.
