Upgrading MoBo - Which Asus to go with my P4 3.4 2mb

I am upgrading my Pc, among other things, I am getting the 3.4 ghz P4 2 mb cache ( getting 2 mb cache is a worthwhile move right?) and the geforce 6800GS.

The mobo I'm unsure about.
I didn't want to go with the inte board, because I'd like to be able to overclock a bit at least.
The only other option I got is Asus. these 4 are my options.
It'd be great if you could give me your advice on which is better and why, thanks.

Asus P5GD-2VM
Asus P5AD2-EP
Asus P5WD2-EP
Asus P5WDG2WS

well the P5WDG2-WS is a workstation/ Server motherboard.
i suggest the P5WD2-E Premuin ( Intel 975X ) .

the P5AD2-E Premiun uses old chipset the Intel 925XE , and it doesnt support SATA2 .
the P5GD2-VM is based on the Intel 915G , Intel Graphics Media Accrelator Integrated GPU . no use buying this one coz its Micro-ATX and not that performance jump .

the P5WD2 - E Premiun is the best choice , check out some reviews if u can make up ur mind .

Peace & ciao !!!
