HI Everyone. I have 1GB Geil DDR2 533 ram.I also activated "ReadyBoost" for my Team group flash memory 2GB (15MB/s write and 20MB/s read). But I feel system performance is slow in windows vista. Is upgrading RAM to Higher really efficient? What is your Recommendation for RAM in Vista?

I think running 2x1 Gb of ddr2 800 would be a substantial improvement for you, ready-boost or no. There's still no substitute for a hardwired stick of memory. Take a look at Buffalo Firestix or Crucial Ballistix pc2-6400 kits, they both run about $110 afte shipping, have D9 chips, and perform extremely well.
