Upgrading Memory for Dell Vostro 400 - Edit Poll Added!

Hello,

I'm currently running an E6750 2.66mhz/1333fsb machine with 2GB of DDR2 800 (2x1GB) on Windows Visa SP1 32-bit.

The memory chips that came with the system are:
HYS64T 12802EU-2.5-B2
PC2-6400U-666-12-EO

From the net I found these to be Qimonda DDR2 800 CAS latency 6 modules.

I am asking for any an all advice on the following 3 options:

1) Swap the 2GB CAS 6 modules for 2GB of lower latency ram

2) Add 1GB (2x512MB) of additional ram for 3GB total (due to running Vista 32bit).

3) Install another 2x1GB kit and let Vista use what it can.

Thanks in advance to anyone who shares their knowledge!
