Upgrading LEXUS 2000 with nav, sound, wheels, what to get?

my wife has a LEXUS RX-300
I wanted to surprise her with pimping her ride.

I want to know:

where, which, what to get:

nav, sound system, with ipod connectivity and control?
wheels?

Alpine is the only choice for true ipod integration. I can't imagine it'll be cheap though. IIRC that dash isn't very friendly to aftermarket systems.
